What Feasibuild is
Feasibuild is an automated site pre-feasibility screening tool. It generates reports by querying publicly available UK planning and environmental data sources (Environment Agency, Historic England, Natural England, Ordnance Survey, British Geological Survey, and local planning authorities). Reports are produced automatically and are indicative only.
What Feasibuild is not
Feasibuild reports do not constitute professional planning advice, architectural feasibility studies, structural or technical assessments, or financial advice. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified planning consultant, architect, surveyor, or other professional. Do not rely solely on Feasibuild reports for any development decision.
No warranty on third-party data
Feasibuild aggregates data from multiple public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of data provided by third parties. Data errors, omissions, or delays in updates may occur. You are responsible for verifying any findings directly with the relevant local planning authority or data provider before making any decisions based on a Feasibuild report.
Pricing and payment
Reports are sold on a per-report basis. There is no subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, your report unlock is instant and permanent for that session. Reports are generated automatically and are not refundable — if you find a report does not load or does not meet your expectations, contact us for technical support at hello@feasibuild.com.
Limitation of liability
Feasibuild and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service or reports, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
